1-Ton Van Rental Information:
Use of Van $599.00 per day
100 miles per day is included, after that the standard milage reimbursement rate applies.
Van is rented with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank.
If van is rented with one Best Boy Grip/Driver the rate for the Best Boy Grip/Driver is $650 for 10 hours per day, which is in addition to the daily $599.00 rental of the van. Best Boy Grip helps with lighting and electric and is responsible for counting equipment. He is NOT responsible for breakage of equipment.
Requirement: provide COI (Certificate of Insurance)
Replacement Value: $95000.
We can provide a crew if needed.
All equipment listed is included in the daily rate. Any extra equipment, or less equipment needed, will be charged a $150 fee for reconfiguring the van. If the van is rented with the Best Boy Grip there is no personalized reconfiguring fee, but a one-time, 1 hour charge at $65 for the Best Boy Grip will be added to the 10-hour fee.
The clock starts at location, 30 miles from 33172.
Equipment is provided in hampers, so load-in and load-out mostly is in carts.

No expendables included.
You have to ask for gels or filters to be included.
A list of equipment will be provided with the rental.
Anything additional will be charged at the regular rental price.
Rent it 5 days pay only for 3 days – only for the van, no Best Boy included – you can have it for 5 days (subject to availability), starting Monday morning and returning either Friday night, or early Saturday morning, no later than 9am.
Rent it for 7 days pay only for 5 days – only for the van, no Best Boy included – starting Monday and returning either Sunday night or Monday latest 9am (subject to availability).
